Founded in 2019

The NUA, or the National Uterus Association, is a club of patriotic American uterus-havers and allies. While widely recognized today as a major political force and as America's foremost defender of Ninth Amendment rights, the NUA has, since its inception, been the premier uterus protecting organization in the world. But our successes would not be possible without the tireless efforts and countless hours of service our members have given to champion Ninth Amendment rights and support NUA programs.

NUA FOundation

In 2019, the NUA made a dramatic move to ensure that the financial support for uterus-related activities would be available now and for future generations. Establishing the NUA Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization, provided a means to raise millions of dollars to fund reproductive safety and educational projects of benefit to the general public. Contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible and benefit a variety of American constituencies including women, people who have uteruses, childbearing citizens, and society as a whole.

9A / 19A

Women did not participate in the conventions that framed and ratified the United States Constitution. Our voices are not inscribed on that document. However there are two amendments that play an important part, and those are 9A and 19A.
